Absolutely loved the session!

Dear Iain,

I just wanted to extend a wholehearted thank you for the session that you provided for us yesterday. It really fitted in well with our objectives for the day and has given us lots of things to think about and ideas to take forward in to 2019. It was also really enjoyable and took us out our comfort zone in a positive way!

It was a really nice way to work together as a team in a fun and engaging way, and to learn new skills and resources which we can apply to our work.

I will certainly share details of your course with other teams both as Engagement Lead and with other health protection teams, and we should stay in touch about whether there might be opportunities for a follow up session.

Many thanks for coming all the way to the big smoke to work with us, it was much appreciated,

Very best wishes

Laura

I was responsible for planning a Senior Management Team Meeting for the Directors of the organisation where the focus was on cross functional communication, breaking down Silo thinking and bringing the organisation together to achieve our ‘Mission’. The session hit the nail on the head. Universally commended by the entire team, it was a fantastic team building event and learning experience. Providing real operational value, the amount of engagement and excitement that it generated was incredible.

The lessons we learnt from Mission: Engagement, particularly with regards to structured team briefing and debriefing to engage the team, have real operational benefit to our organisation.

“Key take away from me was to understand key strengths within your team, as we found, using these strengths made for an engaged, motivated and winning team. Iain Jardine’s alternative approach was really interesting and the way he delivered was full of enthusiasm and fun. Cheers Iain.”

Iain shared some excellent case studies that resonated with us all. They highlighted the need for people to understand the importance of what they do, by telling your story, people will be able to see where they fit, how they can contribute, and how as leaders we have a duty to coach people to be their very best at what they do.

I was skeptical about a group exercise and particularly standing in front of everyone but it was done in such a way that I felt comfortable doing so much, it was down to the presenting style and inclusivity.

This is a great interactive event that enables leaders to work and react quickly on decision making processes - all in a very fun way
